To make the device return process safe and easy, we email your employee:

  1. When we ship them the device return box (letting them know that we’re working with your company on the device return)

  2. When the box is delivered to their address (with easy packing / shipping instructions)

  3. If they delay returning the device, up to 3 reminders to help them get the device on its way to you

We keep you and your team posted during the device return process:

  1. When we ship the device return box to your employee

  2. When the device return box is delivered to your employee’s address

  3. If your employee delays returning their device, we notify you whenever we send them reminder emails

  4. When your employee ships the device

  5. When the device return shipment is delivered to your company return address
