Conditions

  1. Insurance provider will not be liable if packages are not reported within 30 days. When submitting a claim, you waive the right to seek a claim with any other insurance provider for the same shipment. Insurance will not cover any package that is already being processed by other carrier insurance(s).

  2. All claims regarding damage must be submitted within thirty (30) days of shipping label creation. All claims regarding loss for Domestic Labels must be submitted fifteen (15) days past shipping label creation, but no later than sixty (60) days past creation. All claims regarding loss for International Labels must be submitted thirty (30) days past shipping label creation, but no later than ninety (90) days past creation. Required documentation includes: (a) completed claim form, (b) original invoice or proof of value, (c) statement from recipient regarding damage or non-delivery, (d) photos displaying damage to the device and packaging (if applicable).

  3. Claims regarding loss where tracking records show the shipment as delivered will not be honored unless documentation from the carrier acknowledges a tracking error, or adequate proof is provided to support theft or mishandling.

  4. Claims regarding loss or damage where the shipment is signed for will not be honored unless adequate proof is provided to support theft or mishandling.

  5. For damage claims, Insurance provider may request the item be examined and a repair quote obtained. If repair can restore the device to working condition, the claim may be settled for the repair cost rather than full replacement value.

  6. For theft or mis-delivery claims, valid documentation such as carrier acknowledgment, video footage, or police report may be required.

  7. Insurance provider may request additional documentation from any party in the supply chain during the claim process.

  8. The maximum insurance amount is $5,000 per shipment.

  9. Approved claims will be credited within thirty (30) days of submitting complete documentation. If no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours, the claim should be resubmitted.

  10. No legal action regarding claims shall be sustainable unless commenced within twelve (12) months after discovery of the occurrence giving rise to the claim.

  11. This policy may be canceled at any time by written request or upon thirty (30) days written notice.

  12. Policy changes can only be affected by Insurance provider.

  13. Multiple devices shipped together in one box are considered one single package for claim purposes.

  14. If part of a set is lost or damaged, only the reasonable value of that part will be covered, not the total set value.

  15. This Policy is void if material facts are intentionally concealed or misrepresented.

  16. This Policy may be updated, modified, altered or amended from time to time.
