Schedule a UPS pickup for your monitor return

Pickups take place Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm local time, excluding holidays.
If your request is submitted before 5pm Eastern Time, the pickup will be scheduled for the next business day. Pickup requests submitted after 5pm ET will be scheduled for the 2nd business day after your request is submitted.
You will receive an email from our team confirming the pickup date.
We are only able to schedule one UPS pickup attempt for you, so it’s important that the box is ready for the UPS driver on the scheduled pickup date.
