Information Use and Disclosure

Information Collected Directly

We use the personal information described above for billing purposes, to fulfill a Company’s orders, and to otherwise provide Our Services, as well as to communicate with the personnel at a Company about orders and the Services.

If you are an individual returning a Device, We use your limited personal information described above to send you a return kit to return the Device, to communicate with you about the status of a Device return and any issues with the process, and to communicate the status of the return to the applicable Company.

We may internally use your personal information to improve the Site’s content and layout, for Our own marketing efforts (including marketing Our services and products to you), and to determine general marketplace information about visitors to this Site and users of the Services.

We may send you a confirmation email when you register with Us. Also, you may submit your email address for reasons such as to sign up for email updates and announcements. If you submit your email address, We use it to deliver the information to you. We always permit you to unsubscribe or opt out of future emails. Because We have to communicate with you about orders you place, you cannot opt out of receiving emails related to placed orders.
