Signature confirmation upon delivery is required for all insured packages.
**For damage claims, we require a photo of the device prior to shipping. If you would like to be covered in the event the device is damaged in transit, please make sure to have your employee take a photo of the device and send it to you before they ship it. Note that our box is extremely sturdy and well-padded, and our packing / shipping instructions are designed to help your employee pack their device securely. Claims for carrier loss or theft do not require a photo of the device prior to shipping.
