† The monitor stand must separate into two parts (an arm and a base) in order to fit into our box.
*A few notes about insurance:
We offer insurance through EasyPost for carrier loss, theft, and damage** of monitor return shipments to give you peace of mind. Please also note:
By selecting an insurance option, you agree to the EasyPost Shipping Insurance Conditions. You will file any claims directly with EasyPost. In the event that you need to file a claim, please email help@helloretriever.com for instructions and/or assistance with supporting documentation.
Signature confirmation upon delivery is required for all insured packages.
**For damage claims, EasyPost requires a photo of the device prior to shipping. If you would like to be covered in the event the device is damaged in transit, please make sure to have your employee take a photo of the device and send it to you before they ship it. Note that our box is extremely sturdy and well-padded, and our packing / shipping instructions are designed to help your employee pack their device securely. Claims for carrier loss or theft do not require a photo of the device prior to shipping.
